Storyling creates personalized picture books from the details you provide, as a downloadable PDF or a printed hardcover. The service is operated from Israel.

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and include the book; shipping for printed books is added at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) when you place the order. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency.

Every book is created for you, so it is excluded from the right to return goods for a change of mind. For the digital book, you agree that we deliver it immediately after payment, which ends the right of withdrawal for digital content once the download is available.

Printed books are produced on demand after you order and shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery times depend on your country and are estimates. We email you a tracking link when your book ships. Deliveries outside our print partner's region may be subject to import duties.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Stories and illustrations are generated by AI from your details, so please check your preview before ordering; you can create new previews for free. We may refuse to create books with offensive content. The book is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Beyond those, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
